Rocky Mountain is a brand that needs no introduction, but they're getting one anyway. Founded across the bridge, in Vancouver, BC, and based for the last 15-ish years a stone's throw away from the Steed store on the North Shore, Rocky Mountain is one of the original mountain bike brands. Ubiquitous on the mountain bike scene, Rocky Mountain has produced some of the world's best bikes, piloted by some of the world's best racers and freeriders. Now available at Steed Cycles - and we couldn't be more excited.

Rocky Mountain and Steed Cycles feels like a match made in heaven - we share a lot more than just a location. The folks at Rocky have been friends of ours for a long time - we've ridden, raced, and partied with their engineers, designers, marketers, PR agents and more over the years. Rocky Mountain bikes are designed, tested and ridden here on the Shore, that's how we know they're more than up to the task of riding BC singletrack. They're more than up to the task though - Rocky's staff and sponsored riders are no slouches. With riders like Remi Gauvin, Thomas Vanderham, and Wade Simmons putting their bikes to the test, it's no accident that their bikes are serious trail weapons.

So without further ado: welcome to the Steed Cycles family, Rocky Mountain. We're stoked to have you!

For those that are unfamiliar with Rocky Mountain, we put together a quick guide to some of their most popular bikes, so you can get to know the brand, and figure out which might be the bike for you.
