Warranty Service
Please contact us at warranty@steedcycles.com with any questions or concerns regarding the issue you are experiencing. A service assessment will be performed prior to warranty submissions. Most cases can be resolved through our helpful mechanics, if determined a warranty situation we will submit a case on your behalf.
*Warranty for items will be covered by the manufacturer as per their terms and conditions.
Online & Out of Town Customers
We want to provide our customers whether local or out of town comparable service. Distance can always make warranty situations a little more difficult, and we understand that not everyone is in proximity to a local bike shop.
Bikes and parts purchased through Steed Cycles can contact our warranty department through our webform with proof of purchase + brief description on the issue. One of our staff members will respond within 48 hours with instructions on claim processes.
