Race Range Base Layer
The race road cycling cold-weather base layer was designed for high-intensity coldweather rides. The major feature of this base layer is its ability to limit sweat and overheating. Micro-perforations over all warm areas ensure sweat wicking in the form of water vapour, preventing the fabric from retaining sweat.
Plus, its polyamide composition limits odours.

Directions for Use
It’s challenging to offer advice on cold-weather clothing because it depends on your sensitivity to the cold.
However, here is some advice that applies to everyone:

• Don’t wear too many layers - you’ll lose the benefit of your warm clothing, and you’ll be uncomfortable.
• When road cycling or mountain biking, you should always be a bit cold to begin with. You’ll soon warm up after you’ve been pedalling for a few minutes, so starting a bit cold will be comfier in the long run.

The Ideal Combo
Most people find that a base layer under a winter jacket is what they need. It protects you from the cold when exercising, while also letting sweat escape.
If you feel the cold, you could also wear a long-sleeved jersey, but this will stop sweat from escaping. Instead, try different jacket thicknesses.

Training: the perfect balance between warmth and sweat wicking.

Race: the perfect balance between warmth and breathability. The idea isn’t to remove sweat, but to reduce it.

Our obsession is to create products that meet the specific biking needs of our users and eliminate hindrances to a good biking experience. We then test our products in the field, as we are convinced that only by subjecting them to real-world conditions, like the ones you experience on your bike, can we continuously improve our products.
