Fit: The jersey has a compressive-feel for maximum aerodynamic gains and an engaged on-bike fit. The sleeve length is aligned with the new Pro Team Training Jersey and Pro Team Jersey. If you own the previous version of the Aero Jersey, we recommend choosing the same size
