The Trenta 3K Carbon is our most ventilated road helmet, refined inside the Tube, our in-house wind tunnel. The 3K Carbon Airframe reinforces the internal structure while opening wider air channels to maximise cooling during hot rides, long climbs, and sustained, high-intensity efforts.
Throughout lengthy R&D cycles, we developed safety alongside airflow, with deeper rear coverage to improve impact management and dual-density EPS positioned to reduce energy transfer, contributing to a 5-star Virginia Tech rating. Mips Air Node is integrated to address rotational forces without unnecessary bulk.
The helmet features the 3K Airframe, a carbon wing structure that eliminates EPS from the internal frame. The result is a continuous internal air channel, uninterrupted from the front intake to the rear exhaust, ensuring consistent airflow at both high and low speeds.
The new construction achieves a 40% improvement in the Virginia Tech test - the world’s most recognized independent safety rating protocol - earning 5 stars and one of the best scores ever recorded.
