Machine wash at 30°C. Synthetic cycle. Turn the garment inside out. Do not add fabric softener. Hang-dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry. Do not wash along with garments that have hook and loop straps, and make sure the fastenings on all other garments are closed.
