Sport Psychology Workshop Series

Sport Psychology Workshop Series

Build confidence. Sharpen focus. Enjoy every ride.

Presented by Specialized

Cycling is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. Confidence, focus, and resilience can make the difference between a good ride and a great ride. This winter, we’re excited to offer a Sport Psychology Workshop series designed to help riders of all levels and disciplines develop the mental skills to perform better, ride smarter, and enjoy every moment on the bike.

Led by performance consultant Dr. Chris Hartley of Flow States, these 90-minute workshops are tailored for specific audiences: racers, ride leaders, and everyday riders. With over 20 years of riding and racing experience, combined with a doctorate in psychology, Dr. Hartley specializes in building confidence, focus, and performance under pressure.

All proceeds from this series will be donated to the Wirth Foundation, supporting access to mental health services for those who might not otherwise be able to afford them.
