Steed Cycles / Devinci Cycles – Boogieman Trail Day #2

Approximately 20 people and 500 hundred dogs took part in the second installment of the facelift of Boogieman on Seymour.  The To-Do List included, fixing some cribbing, installing new cribbing, re-aligning a second of trail and the construction of an A Frame that will last the worst that mother nature can dish out.

Some of Steed Cycles Team`s finest (Erin Redl) were on hand to help out. Refueling from the Team Ride the day before was made all too easy with the coffee and muffins from Bean Around the World. Photo Credit: Doug Mulder.

Under the careful guidance of Dan from the NSMBA, and with food provided by, and hand delivered by Steve Mitchel of Devinci Cycles, the workers were put to work moving rocks, dirt and replacing some of the older ladder bridges on this portion of the trail.

At the end of the day there should always be some time to marvel at what you have created, even if someone is still carrying rocks! Eh Doug? Photo by Doug Mulder

Many thanks to all those that came out to help throw some love at Boogieman.  Many hands make light work… or something along those lines.  Stay tuned for the next trail day on Boogieman.

Thanks to Devinci Cycles, the NSMBA and Bean Around the World.
